No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that run our business for us, under their own privacy and security terms:
- Our CRM and messaging platform, which stores contacts and sends our emails and texts
- Netlify, which hosts this website
- Google Workspace, for business email
- Google Analytics, if enabled
When you make an offer on or ask about a specific property, we may share your name and contact details with the parties to that transaction so it can proceed. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages, such as password resets and replies to your requests, may still be sent after you unsubscribe from marketing.

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No system is perfectly secure. We keep your information while your account is active or as needed for the purposes above, and keep consent and opt-out records as long as the law requires.
